My Balance/History is not showing up
Your wallet may be in a fake connection state, which makes it impossible to access your on-chain information.
Checking Method
Click to jump to the Dashboard page. If the Leaderboard displays normally but the address balance does not, it means you are in this state. At this point, please pay attention to the wallet link in the upper right corner and click the refresh button.
If your wallet connection is lost after refreshing, confirm that you are in a fake connection state.
Please perform the following actions:
- Reconnect the wallet
- Disconnect
- Reconnect. If the wallet connection information is restored, click 'Confirm' to successfully connect.
